Teachers at St. Michael’s are passionate about their subject matter as well as their commitment to their students. Each student is treated as an individual in an environment of mutual respect, where ideas about prayer and faith are part of the discourse. Students are encouraged to think deeply about topics and ask questions about the material, and because students and teachers engage in intellectual conversations, teachers often learn new ways of seeing a topic from their students.
Inside the classroom and out, students are guided and mentored as they make the large choices that determine their futures, as well as the smaller choices that define the kind of people they want to be.
