Registration

 

All registration documents for new and returning students for the 2017-2018 academic year must be submitted no later than Friday, March 31, 2017. To assist families with completing registration, we will offer two on-site registration days, March 14 from 3:30 - 6:00 PM and March 28 from 3:30 - 6:00 PM in the school lobby. Families will be able to complete all required registration information during these times, both paper forms and the online form. Please note, these dates will be the only times families will be able to pay the registration fee via check or cash. Registering during any other time will require families to use a credit or debit card to complete registration.

The following must be submitted for a student's registration to be complete (paper forms were mailed to new students, and they were given to current students to take home; paper forms should all be returned to the school's main office): 

  • Online Registration Form with payment of the non-refundable registration fee. The fee is $350 per child, however, families registering on or before March 31 will pay $300 per child. Beginning April 1 the registration fee will be $350 per child, per the stated fees for the 2017-2018 academic year. To access the registration form, click on the button, above. For current families, you will need your parent NetHORSEMEN login. 

  • Tuition Policy and Contract Form (paper form)

  • Emergency Contact & Medical Information (paper form)

  • Immunization Form (paper form)  

  • Parent Pledge (paper form)

  • Sign up with FACTS Tuition Management if you are not paying tuition in full by July 1. If you have an existing FACTS account you must sign up for the 2017-2018 academic year and pay the annual fee.
