Quality education is our mission, and our students are one of our most valued assets of the school!

Our Teachers are the other -- for which several are tenured and are now getting ready to retire. We are seeking motivational teachers who want to help us fill those upcoming vacancies now and for the future. Please join us in our mission to keep the high school moving forward!

St. Michael's has one of, if not one of the most, competitive salary schedules in New Mexico for qualified Teachers.
All full-time Teachers are offered a rich benefits package that includes participatory group medical, dental, and vision coverage, a school-funded life and disability package, a tiered tuition remission program and a 100% school-funded defined benefit pension package with an available 403b savings retirement plan.
