2019-2020 Registration Information

It's that time - registration for for next academic year is now open. Please pay close attention to the following information to ensure you complete all required registration materials:
  1. Enrollment Contract
  2. Emergency Contact Form
  3. Parent Pledge Program Form  
The enrollment deadline is Friday, March 29. After this date, the registration fee will increase from $300 to $350. Your student's spot for next year will not be secured until all three forms have been completed. Additionally, if your account is delinquent, you will not be allowed to register for next year until your account is brought current .  

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT: You must complete the enrollment contract for each student and pay the registration fee of $300 per student (the fee will increase to $350 after March 29) as well as the $50 SMART Tuition fee. To complete the contract, please click here to login to your ON account.  After you login, click on the yellow banner at the top of the page that says "You have 1 contract to accept" to access the contract.

EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM: You will access this form via your ON account, by clicking here. After you login, click on the yellow banner at the top of the page that says "You have 1 form to review" to access the form.

PARENT PLEDGE PROGRAM FORM: Operating and maintaining the school facilities and programs at a high level exceeds what St. Michael's charges in tuition and fees. We recognize that as parents, you make many sacrifices to provide a first-class education for your child. To help close the financial gap, St. Michael's asks and encourages parents to make a difference by committing a tax-deductible gift to the Fund for St. Michael's each year they have a child attending St. Michael's. These gifts help us "stretch" our budget by allowing us to remodel three bathrooms instead of two; purchase 30 Chromebooks instead of 20; or purchase 80 new desks instead of 60. The Parent Pledge Program is completely optional and not mandatory. Participation is what matters and gifts of all levels, whether it's $25, $250 or $2,500 are important. FINANCIAL AID: The financial aid application for next year, through SMART Aid, is now open. The financial aid deadline for current, returning St. Michael’s families is Friday, May 17. Applications must be verified by May 17, not just started. Verified applications mean that you have started the application AND provided SMART Aid with copies of your tax returns and tax documents to verify that the information used in your application is supported by actual documents. Verification by SMART Aid can take up to two weeks, which means you should have your application started no later than May 1 and your paperwork uploaded to SMART Aid no later than May 2. The financial aid awarding meeting will happen during the last week of May, and award notifications will be communicated to families in early June. To apply for financial aid click here
