Summer Open Gym/Off-Season Training Schedule

Goodbye school year, hello summer training! Below please find the open gym/summer training schedule. Additional sports will be added as coaches secure dates/times. The schedules, below, are likely to change, so please make sure to check with coaches regarding changes, as changes will not be posted on the website
 
FOOTBALL (for incoming 9th - 12th graders only; starting May 28)
Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 - 10:00 AM or 5:45 - 7:45 PM Weight Room Training
Tuesday: 5:45 - 7:45 PM Outside Training 
Thursdays: 6:00 - 8:00 AM Outside Training
Friday: 8:00 - 10:00 AM Weight Room Training 
 
VOLLEYBALL (for incoming 7th - 12th graders; starting May 28)
Monday and Wednesdays: 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:30 - 7:30 PM
 
GIRLS SOCCER (for incoming 7th - 12th graders; starting Wednesday, June 5; meet on the track)
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:00 - 7:30 PM (strength and conditioning)
 
BOYS SOCCER (incoming 7th - 12th graders; starting July 9th)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5:00 - 6:30 PM Athletic Fields
 
BOYS BASKETBALL (starting May 28)
Monday and Wednesday: 
5:00 - 5:30 PM Weight Room Training (incoming 7th - 12th graders)
5:30 - 7:00 PM Perez-Shelley Gym (incoming 9th - 12th graders)
5:30 - 6:30 PM Tipton Gym (incoming 7th and 8th graders)

4:00 - 5:30 PM Perez-Shelley Gym (incoming 9th - 12th graders)
