Powerlifting
The powerlifting program is designed to build a safe environment for all student athletes. We strive to develop the athletes on hard work, perseverance and dedication through teamwork and accountability. We develop the different skills used in powerlifting such as Squats, Bench press and Deadlift. We develop these skills through various lifts, plyometrics, strength training and competitive lifting
