German Club

A high school/junior high German Club promotes German language, history, and culture through fun activities like games, cultural events, film nights, and socializing. This is the inaugural year and evolving in a shared direction. This all helps with social-emotional learning and problem solving skills.

 

Goals 

Key goals and activities are cultural experience through exploring German traditions, holidays, food, music, and films. Language Practice through a casual environment for speaking German, practicing vocabulary, and learning grammar with online applications as well. Enriches and complements classroom studies with practical and cultural application. Adds to  our sense of school community by connecting students with shared interests. Looks great on college applications, too.
