Bio

Born on the east coast, but raised in Albuquerque, Diane thrives on New Mexico’s culture and beauty.  As a single mom in the 80’s and an entrepreneur in late 90’s, she was determined to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Nonprofit Management. Taking this knowledge to the real world, not only at St. MIchael's, she also just completed a volunteer two-year Board Chair position with the Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity.  This experience has taught her the importance of transparency, trust, and teamwork, which are qualities that guide her daily in her HR leadership role at St. Michael’s.  Diane values the school for its strong sense of mission and community and its excellence in academics and sports; all of which she takes pride in by supporting leadership, staff, and faculty so that students can thrive.  Her motto:  "It takes a village!"
