Santa Fe native Sara Baca serves as Dean of Students at St. Michael’s. A graduate of St. Michael’s herself (Class of 2002), she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and a Master of Arts in 2008 from St. Edward’s University. Her earliest memories of learning include the encouragement she received from teachers who helped her see her own potential. Now, she dedicates her career to ensuring a supportive and structured environment where all students can thrive. Sara treasures the opportunity to serve the school that shaped her and is proud to carry on its Lasallian mission. With 13 years of experience in education, she hopes her students remember her commitment to fairness, encouragement, and growth.
