Upon graduating from St. Michael's, Sara went on to play basketball at St. Edward's University in Austin, TX where she received her BA in Kinesiology and a Master's of Arts in Sports Management.  Sara made her way back to St. Michael's in 2012 as the Assistant Athletic Director. In 2014, she pursued an opportunity with the Santa Fe Public Schools as athletic director and held that position for three years. Desperately wanting to get back with the St. Michael's community, Sara took over as college counselor in the fall of 2017. She is currently working on a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University.

In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her godson Jaxon and his sister Lola, future St. Michael's Horsemen! Sara is passionate about kids and learning and hopes to continue to grow in this profession for many years to come.
