Track & Field
The track and field program is designed to build a safe environment for all student athletes. We strive to develop the athletes on hard work, perseverance and dedication through teamwork and accountability. We develop different skills used in Track and Field such as running, jumping, vaulting, hurdling, starting and throwing. We develop these skills through individual drill work, competitive training and hands-on coaching. These skills can be used interchangeably through the different aspects of each event
