Girls Soccer

The Girls Soccer Program is founded on three core principles: Discipline, Hard Work and Respect.

Our players begin preparing in mid June with a structured preseason program that emphasizes physical development, including endurance, agility, flexibility, speed and ball control. Because our team includes players with different experience levels and skill sets, our most experienced players take an important mentorship role. Our girl’s soccer team learns to compete with confidence, overcome adversity, set meaningful objectives, and consistently give their best effort in every practice and game. Through this process, our athletes develop not only as players, but also as strong, responsible and resilient individuals.

Goals
Our goal is to build a competitive team based on the individual development of each player, with strong focus on both the technical and tactical aspects of the game. We strive to provide our athletes with solid soccer skills that they will carry with them into the future, as soccer is truly a lifetime sport.

At the same time, we are committed to helping our players to become the best possible representatives of St Michael’s HS - demonstrating integrity, discipline, respect and leadership both on and off the field.
